“Breakfast should be a complete dining experience,” believes General Manager Steven Pipes. “Everyone should indulge in a Sunday morning breakfast whenever they choose.” With that in mind, NORMA’S offers an all day breakfast menu, which features imaginative spins on many morning favorites.
To invigorate the palette, NORMA’S diners begin each meal with a smoothie shot. Pineapple-Cantaloupe-Honeydew, Plum-Watermelon-Pineapple, and Strawberry-Peach-Banana are just a few of the specialty smoothies created daily using a blend of seasonal fruits, berries and melons.
Allowing diners to feast on foods that mothers never made for breakfast, NORMA’S adds a creative flair to some traditional breakfast items such as Irresistible Banana Macadamia Nut Flap Jacks with Whipped Banana Brown Sugar Butter, Hudson Valley Duck Confit Hash a Cheval, Super Blueberry Pancakes with Devonshire Cream, Scrambled Egg and Bacon Breakfast Quesadilla with Monterey Jack Cheese, Fresh Guacamole and Salsa, Sweet Potato Hash Browns and Red Berry Risotto Oatmeal.
No meal is complete without a sweet ending, so NORMA’S offers and assortment of fresh pastries as well as several delightful desserts including Stacked and Packed Chilled Cream of Wheat, Ginger and Blueberry with Tart Strawberry Coulis and Granny Smith Apple and Red Pear Crepes. Throughout the meal, diners may choose from a selection of table-brewed coffees and teas, as well as variety of fresh squeezed juices.
As part of its commitment to serve the “Best Breakfast in New York,” NORMA’S also serves items prepared outside of the kitchen, but recognized as the creme de la crème in their class.
